Much more complex than CBBE due to far more sliders. JaneBod - Compatible with BodySlide so you can adjust it any way you want. Compatible with anything vanilla body really. EVB - higher poly vanilla with detailed male and female genitalia - though nude is optional, better textures and texture support. Well there are, but the implementation could be better.
If you don't care at all, or you're impressionable (sorry), or there's an outfit that doesn't exist for another, pick any of the other.
If you're after some kind of realism, pick one of these: Vanilla, Enhanced Vanilla Bodies, JaneBod or Wonder Body. I haven't actually played FO4 for years but very recently looked over the mod scene, but anyway, my opinions.
